摘要
课堂是由若干因素构成的一个复杂而特殊的小社会,其中心理因素是贯穿课堂教学全过程的共同因素,一些人际交往中常存在的社会心理效应同样存在于"课堂"这个特殊的"社会活动场"。本文作者根据自己的应用经验按照课堂教学的流程论述了首因效应、近因效应、认知失衡效应、反馈效应、组块效应、心理趋合效应这六种常见的心理效应的含义及在教学中的应用,希望以此达到提高课堂教学效果的目的,在最大程度上实现学校教育系统的功能,也使上课成为一种享受,成为师生所期待的事情。
Complex and special as a mini-society,Classroom teaching consists of several factors,among which psychological factor is a common one throughout the whole teaching process.The social psychological effects not only take place in interpersonal interaction,but also in classroom.Based on classroom teaching procedures,the author discusses the meanings and applications of six common psychological effects,namely primacy effect,recency effect,cognitive imbalance effect,feedback effect,chunk effect and psychological closure effect,in the hope of raising the efficiency of classroom teaching,maximizing the educational functions of school educational system and making class a enjoyment,an expected activity.
