新时期高校公共艺术教育师资队伍建设存在的问题及对策分析

An Analysis of Non-speical Art Education Teaching Team Construction in Higher Institutions

本文通过对新时期高校艺术教育师资队伍建设存在的问题分析,认为目前我国高校公共艺术教育师资队伍建设仍然存在着育人观念淡漠、综合素养偏低、队伍不稳定、队伍结构不合理等突出问题。针对这些问题,新时期高校艺术教育教师队伍建设必须紧跟时代步伐,树立崭新的教育教学理念;增强职业道德,提升艺术教师的综合素养;优化艺术师资队伍的结构,发挥教师队伍的整体功能;吸引、稳定、激励人才,促进艺术教师的迅速成长。

Based on an analysis of teaching team in recent years,the author holds that some teachers of art education don’t have a strong sense of responsibility and their integrated qualifications are not high.There are also problems such as instability and structural imbalance in the construction of teaching team.In order to facilitate the construction of non-special art education teaching team,the author suggests that art teachers should keep up with the new trends for new ideas in teaching and make efforts to promote their own professional ethics and integrated art qualifications.Besides,great importance should also be attached to the structural optimization and the overall functions of art education teaching team.With the measures mentioned above,the development of art education teachers will well go ahead.
