摘要
在教师培训系统中,课程是开展教师培训活动的载体,是保障教师培训质量的关键。本文通过访谈、实地调研,了解并分析农村幼儿教师在职培训课程中存在的主要问题,如课程内容脱离实际,授课形式单一等等,尝试找出农村地区可供幼儿教师培训利用的人力、文化及环境等课程资源,并探索开发这些资源的有效途径。
In teacher training system,the curriculum is a vehicle to carry out teacher training activities and a key to guarantee the quality of teacher training.Through interviews and field research,the author analyzes the main problems of rural kindergarten teachers in-service training courses and finds out that the course contents are divorced from reality,modes of teaching are single and so on.Based on the analysis,the author tries to put forward the available curriculum resources such as talents,culture and environment which are beneficial to preschool teacher training in rural areas and to explore an effective way in the development of these resources.
