Static vs. Dynamic: A Diachronic Exploration of the Translation of Bilingual Dictionaries

在词典学研究中处于重要地位的双语词典翻译研究,在过去几十年中,无论在实践研究还是在理论研究方面都取得了很大的进展。实践研究侧重于双语词典中翻译研究的原则、方法和策略,理论研究则集中在双语词典翻译理论的适用性方面。对于后者,语言学研究中对于交际和认知的重视为双语词典的翻译研究提供了新的理论契机,使其从静态走向交际和互动。

Translation studies on bilingual dictionaries play an important role in lexicography. For several decades, many theoretical and empirical studies have been carried out. Empirical studies focus on the principles, methods and strategies while theoretical studies devote themselves to appropriate theories to guide the translation of bilingual translation. For the latter, emerging and developing of cognitive linguistics provide a new guidance for it and make it forward from the static state to the dynamic state in communication and interaction.
