浅议阐释翻译理论视角下的译者主体性——以《格列佛游记》四个中译本为例

A Hermeneutic Perspective to Translator’s Subjectivity:With Four Chinese Translations of Gulliver’s Travels as Examples

乔治·斯坦纳是西方翻译领域颇具影响力的理论家,在阐释翻译理论方面作出了巨大的贡献,其代表著作《通天塔之后——语言与翻译面面观》更为其在西方语言及翻译研究领域确立了不可动摇的地位。运用乔治·斯坦纳基于阐释学的翻译步骤,对《格列佛游记》四个中文译本的语料特征进行统计和分析,有助于对四个译者的翻译风格进行探究,并分析译者主体性在翻译过程中的体现。

As an influential translation theoretician in western translation studies,George Steiner made a great contribution to hermeneutic translation theory.His master piece,After Babel;Aspects of Language and Translation,made him one of the outstanding scholars in translation studies.Based on George Steiner’s hermeneutic translation theory and with the help of Corpus studies,this thesis will analyze the translator’s subjectivity among four Chinese translations of Gulliver’s Travels.Through the comparison and analysis,the basic corpus features of four translations will be revealed,and translator’s subjectivity will be discussed in both qualitative and quantitative way.
