摘要
我国教师继续教育工作的当务之急是强化其有效性,而如何测评有效性是解决问题的基础。在分析教师继续教育有效性内涵的基础上,以柯氏四层评价模式和CIPP评价模式为理论支撑,基于广州市中小学教师继续教育的实证调查,提出了评价中小学教师继续教育有效性的指标体系。
To ensure and strengthen the effectiveness is the urgent demand of teachers’ continuing education in China, and a foundational question in hand is how to measure the effectiveness. With Four-Level Model and CIPP Evaluation Pattern as its theoretical basis, and with the investigation of primary and middle school teachers in Guangzhou as its sources of empirical data, this paper analyzes the connotation of effectiveness and proposes an index system for effectiveness measurement for primary and middle school teachers’ continuing education.
