摘要
艾米·洛威尔的《落雪》和柳宗元的《江雪》都是以雪为大背景的著名诗作,两者有诸多相似之处,但是却展现了截然不同的思想主题。通过比较两者在意象选取、感情基调方面的异同,并在此基础上分析其各异的思想主题,能更深刻地品悟作品的精妙之处。
As two famous poems with the special background of snow, Amy Lowell’s "Falling Snow" and Liu Zongyuan’s "River Snow" share both similarities and differences. Despite the similar snowing context, they have exhibited quite different emotions and themes. This paper compares the two poems in the choices of images and expressions of emotions, and then analyzes their different themes based on images and emotions, in the hope of presenting their exquisite and delicate essence.
