摘要
《法律英语》通识课教学设计应该以6P为驱动,即:以间性理论为哲学基础(Philosophy),遵循工具性人文性并重的课程性质(Properties),坚持一条主线多方互动的课程目标(Purposes),实施以"APPLE"为基础的教学方法(Pedagogy),搭建数字化教学资源平台(Platform),满足个性化学习(Personalized learning)。该课程强调师生、生生之间的主体交互性,教学过程的媒体间性与文化间性,教学目标的多样性与交互性,教学资源的多模态性与师生共享、共建性,自主学习的互动性与实用性。
The teaching design of Legal English as a general education course should be based on the following 6P principle: taking the theory of intersubjectivity as its philosophical foundation; following the course properties that stress both instrumentalism and humanism; adhering to the "one core, multiple interactions" course purpose; implementing the pedagogy based on the ELT classroom teaching model "APPLE"; creating the teaching resource platform supported by digital technology; and developing personalized learning that fully satisfies input and output. Highlighting the intersubjectivity between teacher and students, this comprehensive model emphasizes the intermediality and interculturality in the teaching process, the diversification and interaction in teaching purposes, the multimediality and co-building and sharing mechanism in teaching resources, and the interactivity and practicability of students’ independent learning.
