摘要
借鉴多模态话语分析新视点,基于2016里约热内卢奥运会徽标这一典型多模态语篇,依托系统功能语言学与多模态话语的跨学科研究,对"多模态话语"本质予以界定,从模态融合与语篇整体意义维度分析阐释奥运徽标多模态话语意义的创生过程,以期探究多模态徽标背后蕴藏的深远历史和现实意义。
Viewed from the new perspective-Multimodal Discourse Analysis, based on the example of the logo of the 31 st Olympic Games in Rio, Brazil, and guided by the metafunction theory in Systemic Functional Grammar, this paper defines the nature of Multimodal Discourse, analyzes the meaning-making process of the Olympic logo on aspects of color, language, and layout. Besides, an overall view of making meaning from the unity of the whole multimodal discourse is adopted to reveal the integrated discourse meaning, as well as the underlying historical and practical significance of the multimodal logo.
