高校思想政治教育与就业创业教育融合性研究

On the Combination of University’s Ideological and Political Education and Employment Entrepreneurship Education

思想政治教育与创业就业教育在实践中有着高度的内在融合。一方面,高校思想政治教育是就业创业教育的有效载体,有的放矢地开展教育可以矫正学生的从业观念,转变其思想偏差。另一方面,开展就业创业教育是改进大学生思想政治工作的现实要求。因此,实现就业创业教育与高校思想政治教育的有机融合,需要把思想政治工作贯穿到创业就业指导的全过程,在把握高校思想政治教育新内涵的基础上,狠抓理想信念教育、职业道德教育、诚实守信教育与艰苦奋斗教育。

Ideological and political education is the effective carrier of entrepreneurship education,and employment entrepreneurship education is a basic requirement of improving students’ political and ideological work. To realize the effective fusion of ideological and political education and employment entrepreneurship education, colleges and universities should focus on the whole process of ideological and political and work employment guidance. On the basis of holding value intension of ideological and political education, we should promote the ideal education, occupational ethics education, honesty education and hard-working education.
