On Improving the Employability of Art Design Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges under School-Enterprise Cooperation--Take Guangdong Teachers College of Foreign Language and Arts as an Example

高职学生的就业能力是衡量学校人才培养质量以及水平的一个重要指标。校企合作是高职院校培养适应社会时代发展的艺术设计类人才的必由之路,高职院校应通过深化校企合作,提供政策支持,校企合作共同设置课程,加强师资队伍建设和共同建设实践基地等措施,提升高职院校艺术设计类学生的就业能力。

The employability of higher vocational students is an important index measuring the quality of talent cultivation. School-enterprise cooperation is an inevitable way for higher vocational colleges to cultivate talents majoring art design so that they can adapt to the development of the society in the new era. Higher vocational colleges should improve the employability of art design students by deepening cooperation between schools and enterprises, providing policy support, setting up courses for school-enterprise cooperation, developing teaching staff, and jointly building practice bases and so on.
