摘要
10月31日,第六届中欧领导人会议在北京举行。不久前,中国政府发表了《中国对欧盟政策文件》。这是中国发表的首份对欧盟政策文件,也是中国有史以来发表的首份对外政策文件,这一史无前例的举措引起了各方的广泛关注。
