镧型阳离子交换树脂用于饮水除氟的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 制备镧型阳离子交换树脂 ,用于饮水除氟。用硝酸镧溶液将 0 0 1× 7强酸性阳离子交换树脂在优化的条件下转变为镧型树脂 ;利用氟与树脂上的镧作用除去水中氟。用硝酸镧溶液再生 ,树脂可反复用于水中除氟。镧型树脂的转型、除氟及再生优化条件 :d树脂 =0 3 15~ 0 60 0mm ,V树脂∶V再生液 =1∶6,t转型 =48h ,T =2 98 16K(2 5℃ )。动态、静态除氟容量分别为 5 60、4 0 8mg g ,通过再生 ,镧型树脂可使用 8个以上除氟周期。镧型树脂是饮水除氟的一种新型材料 ,设备简单 ,操作方便 ,除氟容量大、效率高。 Model-La cation exchange resin was transformed from strong acid cation exchange resin,which was used for the defluoridation of drinking water.The 001×7strong acid cation exchange resin was transformed into model-La cation exchange by soa king in the La(NO 3) 3 solution.The F - in the water was removed by model-La cation exchange resin under the optimum condition because it was combined into fluoride with the La 3+ in the model-La cation exchange resin.The used res in was regenerated with the La(NO 3) 3 solution and was used to defluoridate m any times.The optimum conditions of transform and defluoridation and regeneratio n were d (resin) =0 315-0 600mm, V (resin) ∶ V (regener ation) =1∶6, t (transform) =48h, T =298 16K(25℃).The defluoridatio n capacity was 5 60mg/g in column test,and 4 08mg/g in batch test.The model-L a cation exchange resin could be used for defluoridation for 8 times.The result s suggest that the model-La cation exchange resin is a novel material of defluo ridation.This method is easy to master and the pH value of the solution doesn't need to be regenerated that the cost of defluoridation can be reduced significan tly and it can be used for a long time.
