摘要
对自动固相微萃取 (SPME) -毛细管气相色谱法测定环境水中苯系物的方法进行了研究。通过对环境水中苯系物在不同SPME条件的优化、筛选实验 ,建立了苯系物的自动固相微萃取 -气相色谱的检测方法 ,该方法简便、灵敏、快捷、可靠 ,分离度高 ,准确性好。在 0 .0 0 1 mg/ L~ 1 .0 0 mg/ L范围内有良好的线性关系 ,最低检测浓度为 0 .1 1μg/ L~ 0 .41μg/ L。样品测定的相对标准偏差为 1 .8%~3.5% ,回收率为 88%~ 1 0 8% ,精密度和准确度均较好。
The determination of Btex in environmental water by solid phase microextraction(SPME) coupled with capillary column gas chromatography is studied in this paper.The conditions of SPME have beeen test,the optimized parameters have been selected.The method of determination of Btex by SPME is built.Linearity is excellent in the range of 0.001mg/L to 1.00mg/L.Minimum detectable limits(MDLs) on each compound is found to be from 0.11μg/L to 0.41μg/L.Relative standard deviation(RSD) of samples is from 1.8% to 3.5%.Recovery of samples is from 88% to 108%.The conclusion is that the method is a simple,sensitive,fast,accurate and high-separation-efficiency technique to determinate Btex.
