仪化热电厂贮灰场灰基加固试验与挡灰坝分析

摘要 本文介绍了用砂卵石代替碎石作桩身填料,振冲法加固松散软弱灰基的试验研究及灰坝的渗流、液化与动力稳定计算分析。现场试验表明,砂卵石振冲桩加固可以使灰基振冲到密实状态,复合灰基的抗剪强度、承载能力、抗地震液化能力均有显著提高。有限元计算分析表明,灰基用振冲法加固对于改善贮灰场渗流状态,提高贮灰场抗地震液化的能力及灰坝的动力稳定性有显著作用,从而保证了子坝加高的稳定安全。 The study on improvement of loose weak coal ash deposit by vibroflotation method, in which sandy cobble instead of stone has been used for stone column material, and the finite element method analyses of seepage, seismic liquefaction and seismic stability of ash-retention dam are presented in the paper. The field test and construction quality inspection results show that the loose weak ash could be strengthened to dense condition by vibroflotation, and the shear strength, bearing capacity, capacity of anti-liquefying of combined ash foundtion could be increased remarkablebly. The finite element method analysis results show that the seepage condition, capactity of anti-liquefying and seismic stability of ash storage could be improved by vibro-replacement sandy cobble columns to meet the requirement of the construction of sub-dam and normal operation of ash storage.
