摘要 水力活塞增压注水泵是水力活塞泵技术的发展。这种泵以注水站输出的高压水为动力源 ,高压来水经过增压注水泵后分为两部分 ,一部分作为动力液驱动泵工作 ;另一部分经增压后注入地层。室内和现场试验表明 ,这种泵适合于目前注水压力达不到要求的单井和井群 ,在不增加新动力设备的条件下 ,可使井口注水压力增加几倍 ,具有体积小、质量轻、运输安装和使用维修方便等特点 ,对改善油田局部注 采对应关系 ,提高注水开发效果具有现实意义。 The hydraulic piston booster pump for waterflooding is developed based on hydraulic piston pump. It takes the high pressure water from the water injection station as power source, which is divided into two parts through the booster pump, one part as power fluid to drive the pump and the other part is injected into the formation after boosting. Room and field tests show that this kind of pump can be used on single well or well cluster with inadequate waterflooding pressure. By using the pump, the waterflooding pressure at the wellhead can be increased by a few times without adding new power devices. The booster pump is characterized by small size, light weight, easy transportation and installation.
