摘要
根据国内、外小尺寸钻头的研究和使用状况 ,研制开发了 92 0 8～ 15 8 75mm (3 ～ 6 英寸 )的小尺寸下水眼式单牙轮钻头系列产品。介绍了该系列产品的技术特征及在油田的应用情况 ,并对该系列产品的使用特性及使用注意事项进行了总结。最后 ,对该系列产品的发展方向进行了探讨 ,提出了提高该系列产品对地层适应性的方法。
Based on an investigation in the status of slim hole bit at home and abroad, a series of small-size (φ92.08~158.75 mm) single cone bits with bottom water course are developed for slim-hole drilling. The technical characteristics of this series of products and their application in oil fields are introduced, and the performance characteristics and cautions for use are summarized. Finally the developing trend of the bit is discussed and methods for improving the adaptability of the bit to the formation are presented.
