Research on the Legalization for the Philosophy and Social Science In the Institution of Higher Learning

社会治理背景下的高校哲学社会科学研究,应当依靠法治及制度创新来构建共同治理的模式。我国以往的相关制度主要是"管理"型的,因此,今后高校哲学社会科学研究制度建设的重点应当在"引导"性制度、"运行"性制度、"监管"性制度的体系上。其途径首要的是加强相关立法,并进行法律制度创新,将制度建设与治理体制的构建紧密结合起来;同时完善配套机制。

Under the background of social governance, the study of philosophy and social science in higher learning institutions has to rely on the rule of law and institutional innovation to construct the co-governance model. The relevant systems in China used to be chiefly the 'management' type. Therefore, the future system construction has to focus on the 'guide', 'run' or 'supervision' systems. The first way is to strengthen the relevant legislation and innovae the legal system. The construction of institutions and governance system are closely integrated. Meanwhile, the matching mechanism also needs improved.
