试论社会主义核心价值观与公民文明素质的提升——以温州为例

On Relationship Between Socialist Core Values and Civic Civilization Quality —— A Case Study of Wenzhou

衡量社会主义核心价值观在区域协调发展中的主导地位是否牢固,公民文明素质在现实生活中自觉践行程度是重要变量,社会主义核心价值观与公民文明素质之间相互影响,互为促进。以温州为例,研究公民对社会主义核心价值观的认同度,查找、剖析公民文明素质提升中存在的问题,提出通过教育内容、实践体制、激励机制、监督措施等方面的建设,提升温州公民的文明素质。

The quality of civic civilization quality and their self-fulfillment level in daily life are significant variable which is applied to measure whether the stability of China's socialist core values in the development with coordinated development of regions. As a matter of fact,the interaction and acceleration between the core values of Chinese socialism and the quality of civic civilization mutually reinforced. Taking Wenzhou as an example,the citizen's recognition degree of the socialist core values,exploration and analysis of the existing problems in the improvement of the public civilized quality are studied in order to enhance Wenzhou citizens' civilized quality through the construction of educational content,institutional practices,incentive mechanism,inspective measure and other aspects.
