芳烃二甲苯装置的节能改造方案

摘要 针对芳烃联合装置工艺流程长、能耗高的特点,应用大系统理念,将吸附分离单元、异构化单元和二甲苯分馏单元组合成一整体,采用Aspen软件和夹点分析软件对芳烃二甲苯装置换热网络进行分析,发现换热网络不尽合理。根据二甲苯装置生产运行工况,实施了改造新思路,节能效果显著。 In view of characteristics of long process flow and high energy consumption in aromatic complex, the concept of large system is adopted to integrate the isomerization, adsorption separation and xylene fractionation as a whole unit, and heat-exchanging network of xylene plant is analyzed with Aspen Plus flow simulation software and Pinch analysis software, in an effort to identify the deficiencies in the heat-exchanging network. According to the xylene plant operation condition, this paper puts forward new ideas for energy-saving renovation achieving remarkable results.
