摘要
先进控制可进一步提高连续重整装置的自动控制水平,充分挖掘装置生产潜力。天津石化公司连续重整装置采用Aspen DMCplus先进控制技术,设计了六个先进控制器。先进控制器投运后,在提高装置运行的平稳性和安全性的同时,节能降耗,提高了高价值产品收率。
For the sake of improving control performance and developing potential capability of continuous catalytic reforming(CCR) unit, six advanced controllers are created for the CCR unit in Tianjin Petrochemical, which adopts Aspen DMCplus advanced process control(APC). The application of the controllers has improved the stability and reliability as well as energy efficiency and high-value product yield, resulting in outstanding effects on the CCR operation.
