摘要 注水系统耗电占油田总电耗的40%以上,濮城油田经过多年的实践和探索,通过对高压离心泵进行减级、高压离心泵与柱塞泵合理匹配、更换大排量离心泵等措施,减小了注水泵出口压力与注水干线压力之间的差值,从而提高了注水泵机组效率。将原来三个独立的注水系统进行连通,注水压力得到平衡,从而提高了整个注水系统的综合效率;在污水处理系统方面,通过推广变频节能技术、优化工艺、减少接替流程等措施,均取得了较好的效果。 The power consumption of water injection system accounts for more than 40% of the total power consumption in the oilfield. So it is far significant to promote energy saving technology, innovate process and reduce energy waste in water injection system. After years of practice and exploration, the gap between the pump outlet pressure and injection pressure lines in the water injection system was reduced by reducing the stages of high pressure centrifugal pump, reasonably matching high pressure centrifugal pump with plunger pump, replacing with the large capacity centrifugal pumps and other measures, which also improved the efficiency of water injection pumps. Furthermore, connecting the original three separate water injection systems to keep balanced injection pressure raised the comprehensive efficiency of the whole water injection system. In sewage treatment system, Pucheng Oilfield has also realized great achievements by adopting variable frequency energy-saving technology, optimizing process to cancel unreasonable energy consumption and reducing the replacement process. Thus the application of the energy-saving measures can improve the efficiency of water injection and save a lot of energy and operating costs while meeting the needs of production.
