摘要 介绍了间苯二甲酸装置扩产改造以及氧化工序利用真空过滤机替代二级离心机等设备更新措施。针对真空过滤机投用后存在运行周期短、影响产品质量等问题,根据真空过滤机的工作原理,分析了诸如转速、浸没深度、真空度、反吹压力、正反洗酸流量和进料浓度等各种因素,从清洗介质、清洗方式及反吹气优化等方面对真空过滤机进行优化,提高了其运行稳定性,运行周期得以延长。 During the PIA plant expansion transformation in 2010, the vacuum ifltration replaced the second centrifuge in oxidation process. After the vacuum iflter was put into use, there were problems such as short running period and affecting product quality. Based on the working principle of vacuum iflter, the paper analyzes the factors including speed, immersion depth, vacuum degree, anti blowing pressure, lfow and reverse washing acid and the concentration, optimizes cleaning medium, cleaning method and back blowing, and thus improves vacuum ifltration operation cycle.
