摘要
简要阐述了吸收式换热机组的工作原理,介绍了某公司化肥装置利用吸收式换热机组回收生产过程中产生的余热,制取热水供暖气系统的应用情况,并进行了节能效益分析。实践表明,该套装置节能效果及经济效益显著。
After outlining the principle of the absorption heat exchanger unit(HEU), this paper discusses how the absorption heat exchanger unit is used to recycle the waste heat of the production process in chemical fertilizer plants to produce hot water for the heating system. The results show that the energy-saving effect and economic benefit are remarkable.
