摘要
对中国石化江汉油田盐化工总厂2台循环流化床锅炉的烟气脱硫工艺进行了研究,研究中使用厂内废弃盐泥和碱性污水作为脱硫剂,实施湿法脱硫和干法脱硫相结合的生产工艺,并进行了工业化应用,既保证了外排烟气中SO_2达标排放,又解决了生产中废弃盐泥和碱性污水的环保处置瓶颈问题,实现了"以废治废"、清洁生产,降低了企业运行成本。
This paper gives a study on flue gas desulfurization technology adopted in two circulating fluidized bed boilers at Salt and Chemical General Plant of Jianghan Oil Field.The waste salt slurry and alkaline wastewater are used as desulfurization agent,and the combined process of dry and wet desulfurization is applied in plant operation.The application can ensure up-to-standard flue gas SO_2 discharge,and also solve the problem in waste salt sludge and alkaline wastewater disposal,thus realizing 'treat waste with waste',clean production and lower operation cost.
