摘要
从加热炉燃烧控制的角度,介绍了基于CO控制燃烧优化技术的原理,分析了当前基于O_2控制燃烧技术的不足;并以延迟焦化加热炉的实际应用为例,阐述了此技术在实际生产中的节能减排效果。
From the angle of heating furnace combustion control,this paper describes the principle of combustion optimization technology based on CO control,analyzes the deficiency of current combustion technology with O_2 control.By taking for example its practical application in delayed coking furnace,it illustrates the effect of the combustion control technology on energy conservation and emissions reduction in furnace operation.
