发动机冷却液温度较高时会产生泡沫,生成的泡沫不仅会产生涨锅现象,影响发动机冷却液的冷却效果,也会产生气穴腐蚀,从而对设备造成损伤。优质的发动机冷却液一般均需添加消泡剂,大大减少泡沫的生成。通过从发动机冷却液生产过程中温度、搅拌、加剂方法等方面进行分析,认为只有使抗泡剂均匀地分散在发动机冷却液中才能获得最佳的抗泡性能。
The engine coolant will generate foam with high temperature. The generated foam will not only expand the container and reduce the engine coolant effect, but also cause cavitation corrosion damaging to equipment. High quality engine coolant generally needs to add anti-foaming agent, greatly reducing the generation of the foam. This article analyzes the influence of different process parameters on foaming tendency in engine coolant production, such as the temperature, stirring method and adding additive. As a result, only when the anti-foaming agent is evenly dispersed in the engine coolant can it get the best anti-foaming performance.
