混床电导率升高的原因分析及处理措施

摘要 主要论述引用市政中水后导致混床电导率升高的原因,以及如何利用现有碱泡、降低周期制水量、提高再生用碱量和采用碱性食盐水复苏的方法,降低阴离子交换器及混床离子交换器树脂的有机物污染,控制混床电导率在合格范围内,保证对外供水合格,高含盐废水外排量由原来的400t/d下降到3天400 t,全年可以减少外排高含盐废水近10万t,达到了节水减排的目的。 This paper mainly discusses the reference of municipal water after the cause of the mixed bed conductivity increased,and how to use the existing alkali bubble,reduce the cycle of water,improve the regeneration of alkali,and adopts the method of alkaline salt water recovery,reduce the anion exchanger and mixed bed ion exchange of organic pollution of exchanger resin in mixed bed,control the conductivity within the qualified scope external water supply,ensure qualified,displacement from the original 400 tons / day wastewater containing high salt,dropped to 400 tons of 3 days,throughout the year can reduce the efflux of wastewater with high salinity is nearly 100000 tons,achieved the purpose of water saving and emission reduction.
