二元驱污水处理剂的研制及其性能研究

摘要 针对胜利油田二元驱采出液油水乳化严重、油水分离速度慢、分离不彻底等突出问题,开展了二元驱污水的稳定性分析、采出水的矿化度、聚合物和悬浮物含量等影响因素的测定。在此基础上,设计制备出了有机硅的单体和高分子。对制备的高分子样品进行了二元驱污水除油性能的测定,研究了结构对性能的影响,结果表明制备的样品具有非常好的除油效果,除油率高达88.7%。 In an effort to solve the problems such as serious oil-water emulsification,slow and poor oil-water separation in binary system flooding produced liquid in Shengli oilfield,we carried out the stability analysis of the binary system flooding sewage,the tests of the mineralization degree and the content of polymer and suspended matter in the produced liquid,and then synthesized the organic silicon monomer and polymer.The determination the oil removal performance of the polymer samples prepared for the binary system flooding sewage,and the influence of the polymer structure on the performance illustrate that the oil-removing effect is great with removal rate as high as 88.7%.
