摘要
介绍了PIMS模型运行结构及主要功能,利用PIMS模型对炼油企业装置在原油油种选择优化、加工负荷、产品结构优化及盈亏平衡点计算方面做了实际案例应用分析。根据模型测算与实际结果的差异,寻找生产过程中的优化方向,为企业优化生产、寻找效益增值点提供有力支撑。
The paper introduces the operating structure and main functions of PIMS model, and the application of PIMS model to optimize crude oil selection, capacity utilization, product mix and break-even analysis in some actual cases in the refinery. The difference between PIMS calculation and actual results can point out direction for better operation, which provides strong support for the refinery to optimize operation and maximize benefit.
