摘要
为了优化蒸汽管网运行,结合管网运行现状,建立了运行数学模型,开发了YS-PROSS蒸汽管网模拟优化系统;并基于系统模型对"冬季炼油厂低压蒸汽压力低,中压蒸汽减温减压量大"的问题进行了分析,提出了优化方案,为蒸汽管网的节能优化工作提供依据。
In order to optimize the steam pipe network, a operation mathematical model was established and YS-PROSS steam pipe network simulation optimization system was developed according to the network running status in the reifnery. Based on the system model, the paper analyzes the problems of "low pressure in low-pressure steam and large amount of temperature and pressure reduction in medium-pressure steam in winter", and put forward the optimization scheme, providing the basis for energy saving in steam pipe network optimization.
