摘要
对某电厂SCR装置烟气流动系统进行了模拟计算研究,研究结果表明,在SCR反应器的竖直上升烟道下转弯转向处设计3块弧—直形导流板,竖直上升烟道的渐扩段处设计9块直行板导流,在渐扩段出口设计19块直行板导流板,竖直上升烟道上转弯处设计3块直—弧—直形导流板,反应器入口设计41块直行导流板,可以得到满足设计要求的计算结果。模拟计算与实测值相吻合,具有应用价值。
The numerical simulation research on SCR device lfue gas lfow system in a power plant is given in this paper. The research shows that the calculation results can meet design requirements when 3 arc-straight delfectors are designed at downward turn in vertical uptake lfue in SCR reactor, 9 straight delfectors at divergent section in vertical uptake lfue with 19 straight delfectors at divergent section outlet, 3 straight-arc-straight delfectors at upward turn in vertical uptake lfue, and 41 straight delfectors at reactor inlet. The calculation results coincide well with practical test data, which is valuable for application.
