摘要
针对目前泄漏与检测修复(LDAR)工作,阐述了传统LDAR管理过程的一般方法和措施,以及存在的诸多问题和弊端,提出基于智能工艺管道及仪表图(P&ID)的LDAR管理方法。该方法能很好的解决传统LDAR管理存在的问题,同时能提高企业LDAR管理效率,保证数据准确性;通过及时更新梳理出与现场装置流程一致的数字化智能P&ID图,为企业数字化管理,构建"智能工厂"奠定数据基础。此外,提出采用基于智能P&ID图方式生成的密封点台账是目前为止较科学有效的摸清企业涉VOCs设备、管部件数量,密封点数量的方法,值得石化企业和流程化工业企业借鉴。
According to the recent management status of leak detection and repair(LDAR), the general method as well as some problems and disadvantages for traditional LDAR management was discussed. The management method for LDAR based on intelligent piping instrument diagram(P&ID) was put forward, which could solve those problems, improve the efficiency of LDAR management and ensure the accuracy of data. By project implementation, the digital P&ID in which data was updated and sorted out in time and consistent with the technical process could establish the data base of digital management and 'intelligent factory' for the enterprise. At the same time, this paper put forward that the method for generating leak seal reports based on the intelligent P&ID was by far more scientific and effective in understanding the VOCs-affected equipment number and piping component number as well as the leak seal number, and should be used for reference for petrochemical and other process industrial enterprises.
