EO/EG装置脱碳单元工况分析及采取的措施

摘要 针对环氧乙烷/乙二醇(EO/EG)装置脱碳单元CO_2脱除效果不佳的问题,分析可能产生的原因,如循环气空速、碳酸盐溶液的流量及品质(包含当量浓度、解析度、其中所含的热稳态盐的浓度),相应采取了置换碳酸盐溶液及加注高压冲水消泡措施,稳定了脱碳单元的运行,改善了CO_2脱除效果。 The paper aims to address the problem of ineffective CO_2 removal in the de-carbon unit of the EO/EG process system. For this purpose, the author gives an analysis on the possible causes existing in circulating gas space velocity, decarbonized liquid flows and chemical properties(i.e., the equivalent concentration, the resolution, the concentration of thermostable salts, etc). Based on that, coupled with the chemical analysis and displacement of carbonate solution as well as the defoaming operation, all of the measures have made the de-carbon unit stable and the CO_2 removal effective.
