电站锅炉制粉系统运行优化分析

摘要 针对某热电厂锅炉中间储仓式制粉系统存在的制粉电耗高等问题,开展了制粉系统优化运行的实践活动。分析得出制粉电耗偏高的原因主要是磨煤机装球量不合理、钢球配此不科学等。通过改进制粉系统和优化调整运行试验,得到制粉系统最佳运行参数。运行优化后该电厂的制粉电耗下降了6(k W·h)/t,节能降耗效果明显。 In order to address the problem of high power consumption of coal pulverizing system in the power plant, the optimization of coal pulverizing system have been carried out to identify the cause. Through the improvement, optimization and debugging test of the pulverizing system, the optimum operating parameters of the milling system are obtained, which helps the power plant reduce power consumption by 6k W·h/t and improve economic efficiency in the optimized operation of coal pulverizing system.
