摘要
旋转锉属复杂回转面刀具,需6坐标刃磨机加工,若增加调节参数代替联动坐标轴,仅砂轮x、y、z移动和工件转动4坐标联动则可完成。其成形原理是将工件母线呈水平,工件轴线翘起。过刀具锥顶建立空间坐标系,求出刀具和砂轮轴线矢量及其夹角。并以刀具锥顶和砂轮中心为给定点,算出中垂线长度和到垂足的距离。若2轴线夹角和中垂距相等,2给定点到垂足距离相等,则将其简化为4坐标。该方法已在汉中机床厂简易数控刃磨机上验证。
Rotary Bur is a complex rotary cutting tool, the 6 coordinate CNC grinding machine is needed to grind the cutter. If adding adjust parameter to replace of linkage coordinate axis, X, Y and Z axis of grinding wheel is moved and work-piece is turned, complex rotary cutting tool can be machined with 4-corrdinate NC grinding machine. The figuration principle is that work-piece generatrix will be set in level, and work-piece axes-line will be turned up. Space coordinate system is set up over the conic node of the cutter, and the vector and inclination of between axes-lines of cutting tool and grinding wheel is calculated. Length of perpendicular bisector and distance of foot point is calculated according as set point of the conic node of the cutter and grinding wheel center. If inclination of between 2 axes-lines is equal to middle perpendicular offset, 2 set points are equal to distance of foot point, it is predigest into 4-corrdinate. The method was validated in the simple NC grinding machine.
