摘要
基于DCOM的网络化虚拟仪器测试系统由被测设备层、仪器层、网络通信层和客户层组成。其仪器模块与被测设备由网络传感器互连,局部测试网络由网桥与快速交换以太网相连。基于C++Builder的测试服务器解释用户终端测试指令,控制仪器设备运行。用CVI开发的测试程序以DLL的形式被服务器组件调用。CVI通过VISA或IVI仪器驱动器控制底层测试仪器。并以高压电源远程测试为例,给出了接口和访问代码。
The test system of networked virtual instrument based on DCOM consists of four layers of tested equipment layer, instrument layer, networked communication layer and client layer. Instrument module is linked to tested equipment through networked sensor, local test network is linked to fast Ethernet through Net-bridge. Test Server based on C++ Builder explains clients test instruction and controls instrument to run. Test program based on CVI has been transferred by server component in the form of DLL. CVI controls instrument through VISA or IVI driver. This paper also gives interface and code for long-range high voltage power test.
