Anatomy of Economic Factors Affecting Housing Project Quality

2002年上海市工程安监总站对住宅工程的质量检查结果表明:住宅工程施工质量总体受控,但还有不少问题。针对存在的问题,论述了建筑市场竞相压价不正当竞争、明目繁多的建设收费、配套工程的体制问题及质量工期与工程造价关系等影响工程质量的诸因素。

The result of housing engineering quality inspection by Shanghai Construction Engineering Supervision Head Station in 2002 reveals that the construction quality of housing project is generally controlled and certified, but there are several problems. In accordance with these problems, the author describes factors affecting construction quality such as improper competition of forcing prices down in construction market, variojus construction charges, system problem of auxiliary project, relation between quality period and project cost and so on.
