就如何针对我国国情,建设具有中国特色的高等职业教育专业设置体系进行分析和论证,提出在专业设置方面国家、地方和学校应承担的责任和义务,形成了具有特色的专业设置解决方案。并以北京联合大学为例,给出学校面向北京市重点发展产业而设置专业群的具体措施。

The article analyses and expounds how to construct the system of speciality provision of higher vocational education with Chinese characteritics,puts forward the responsibility and duty that country,lo-cal government and school should undertake in the aspects of speciality provision,forms the plan of spe-ciality provision with character istics.Taking Beijing Union University for example,the article sets forth the concrete measures to provide speciality group facing the important industry in Beijing.
