摘要 介绍了以KCl KNO3,KCl KNO3 K2B4O7,KCl K2B4O7 KHSO43个钾盐系统为离子交换源,与钠钙硅玻璃进行Na+ K+离子交换所具有的玻璃增强效应特点.根据SEM,EDS,DSC等分析结果显示的玻璃组成和显微结构变化,以及抗弯强度和维氏显微硬度测试结果,分析了可能的玻璃增强机理和玻璃表面结构变化对增强效应的影响. The glass reinforcing effects were studied through Na+K+ ionexchange between Na2OCaOSiO2 glass and three different systems of potassium salts. The glass bending strength and Vickers hardness were examined before and after the ionexchange. The variation of both glass composition and morphology were also analyzed by SEM,EDS and DSC, in order to clarify the glass reinforcing mechanism and the influence of microstructure on glass mechanical property.
