环境的破坏和急剧恶化 ,已严重制约了农村经济的繁荣与发展 ,并威胁到农村居民的正常生活和子孙后代的生存 ,必须大力推进环境保护和生态建设。具体需做好以下工作 :加强环保宣传和教育 ,强化人们的环保意识 ,培育人们的环保理念 ,增进人们的环保知识和技能 ;完善并有效实施环保政策 ,建立健全环保法规制度 ;发展生态农业 ,减少对环境的破坏和污染 ,增加农民的收入 ;优化农业结构 ,提高农村经济发展水平 ,提高农村人口素质 。

The destruction and rapid deterioration of environment has seriously restricted the development of rural economy and threatened the normal life of rural residents and the survival of their descendants.Therefore,enviromental protection and ecological construction must be greatly promoted.Works that should be done are as follows:to strengthen the propaganda and education of environmental protection,to reinforce people's sense of enviromental protection,to cultivate people's environmental protection ideas and improve people's knowledge and skills of environmental protection;to perfect and effectively carry out environmental policies,to establish and perfect laws and systems of environmental protection; to develop ecological agriculture,to reduce environmental pollution and destruction and increase peasants' income;to optimize agricultural structure,to enhance the development level of rural economy,to improve rural population quality and lighten rural population pressure.
