Effects of turbulent structures on the motion of particles

粒子在湍流中的运动,其运动特性必然受粒子自身特性与湍流结构的影响.本文针对湍流结构对粒子沉速的影响进行了分析,并对切变效应、湍流边界层外区横向涡、近壁区猝发结构及小尺度结构对粒子运动的作用进行了探讨.

While particles are moving in turbulent flow field,their motional characteristics are certainly influenced by their own properties and turbulent structures.This paper analyzes the influence of turbulent structures on settling velocities of particles.The shear effect and the spanwise vortex in the outer region of the boundary layer are discussed.Moreover,the effects of bursting structure in the near-wall region and the small-scale structure on the motion of particles are also investigated.
