一百多年前,马克思曾就东方落后国家的社会发展道路提出了“卡夫丁峡谷”可以跨越的论点。同时,马克思也提出一个经济文化落后国家进入新的社会形态是有条件的:第一,必须吸取发达国家先进文化和生产力;第二,社会主义道路是多样的。这两点对于我们今天的社会主义革命和建设具有极其重要的借鉴意义。

Marx once states the road on socialist development in the backward oriental countries, and points out the statement on 'crossing the Volley of Ka Fu Ding', Meanwhile, Marx also puts forwards a new social forms which should bear its conditions in backward countries of economic culture. First, the conditions contain, absorbing advanced countries; second, the conditions should deal with the varieties on the road of socialism. The two points are much significance for today's socialist revolution and construction.
