摘要
短期集训以成为当今业余田径运动员训练的主要特征,采用恢复训练为主的短期训练计划,可以使运动员的竞技状态得到较快的恢复。福建省十二届运动会田径比赛行业组短跑冠军陈岩的赛前恢复训练计划是个成功的范例,其训练计划制定,小周期训练内容安排方法等,对业余短跑运动员赛前短期集训计划安排有许多可借鉴之处。
Sheet-term intensive traning has become the major feature of the training of amatare track and field sportsmoe.It arranges short-term trainings,centering on recovery training.By doing so. The competing state of sportsmen can be recovered training plan before match of chan yan ,the dash champion of profession team in the 12th sports-meeting of Fujian province .His training plans and his arrange -meats of period trainings,etc set many examples for amateur dash sportsmen in arraning the short-team intensivs training before match.
