摘要
本文对抗阻力这一训练方法的运用进行探索,在教学中通过研究分析,认为:抗阻力应控制在运动员体重的6%左右,或者整个跑程运动员的跑速下降在11~12%,这样既能发展专项肌肉力量也能使摆蹬力量超常发展,又不至于破坏最大速度的跑步技术结构,能对运动成绩的提高产生影响。
Acoording to the research on utilization of reverse resistant running,as well as the research and analysis on teaching ,the reverse resistance should be confined within about 6%of the athlele's weight ,or ,during the whole race,the decline in speed should be confinws to 11%to12%.In this way ,not only the sterngth of special muscles can be developed ,but also can the power of thrust and swing be extraordinaraily reinforced,under the condition that the running techique structure remains intergrated when at the to psped.
