As the issue presented by Hume, scientific rationality is a puzzle for philosophers in modern philosophy of science. Many models of scientific rationality have been presented by philosophers in the attempt of solving this problem. Based on the study of Popper's falsified approaches, objective knowledge and the evolution of scientific knowledge,the author of this paper analyses and states systemically Popper's theory of scientific rationality and its value.
