Building the socialistic political civilization was considered as the important aim of building well-rounded wealthy society in the report of sixteenth congress of Chinese Communist Party. Its quality of discriminance, democracy, principle, time and so on is fully discussed in this article. The purpose is to fully understand the inner meanings of political civilization of Chinese characteristic socialism and to point out the moving direction and the struggling aim of building well-rounded wealthy society.
