摘要
高校毕业生思想教育工作是高校学生思想政治工作的重要组成部分,是就业工作顺利进行的有效保证,是毕业生顺利完成由学校到社会的角色转变的重要措施。本文从思想教育和就业工作相结合的角度,针对毕业生的特点,对毕业生思想教育工作的重要性、特征以及做好教育工作应当注意的问题进行了讨论。
Ideological education work for college graduates is an important part of ideological education in colleges, a guarantee for the success of their employment and a help for their role-change from, colleges to society.
