摘要
本文在对教师和教师专业发展重新认识的基点下,分析了教师的现实需要和潜在需要,阐明教师在满足自身需要的过程中,功利、真善美、自身超越等的追求对教师专业发展的积极意义:教师自身需要的满足是教师专业发展的内在驱动,教师人格价值的实现会有利地推动教师专业发展。
Based on the re-cognition of teachers and their specialty development, this article analyzes their practical and potential needs. It clarifies that in the process of fulfilling their own needs, teachers' pursuing the material gain, pursuing the true, the good and the beautiful and pursuing overstepping themselves has a positive influence on their specialty development. The fulfilling of their needs drives their specialty development internally. The realization of their value will push their specialty development forward.
