以市场为导向的就业制度的顺利运行,需要就业指导的配合。由于历史和观念等方面的原因,当前我国高校的就业指导工作难以满足青年学生成才和发展的需要。就职业院校来说,必须依据自己的办学特色,转变观念,准确定位,促进就业指导工作的专业化和全程化。

Fulfilling the market-oriented employment system smoothly needs the coordination of the vocation guide. Because of a variety of reasons in history and conception, the present vocation guide is hard to meet the demands of students' development. As far as the vocational colleges are concerned, they should change the conception, and evaluate themselves exactly on the basis of their own features so as to make vocation guide specialized and overall.
